Privacy of Minors
Duke’s is not intended for minors. Minors must obtain parental consent to use Duke’s. Minors under 13 years of age are expressly prohibited from using Duke’s or providing any personal information. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us at the email address below. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will destroy such information.
